ONLINE SUBMISSION OF PROPERTY STATEMENT IN HRMS

Property Statement can be recorded and submitted online by Government employee in HRMS.

Go to website and type the following link in browser http://hrmsodisha.gov.in

Click on Personal Login link available in HRMS home page

Login page will be displayed as shown below.

Provide user name, password and visible Security code and then click Login.

On successful login, the employee’s home page is displayed as shown  below.

Click on Property Statement link under Request or Submission Box

 

After clicking on Property Statement link, the page will display “List of Property Statement” financial year wise submitted by employee online through HRMS.

Creating a new Property Statement for financial year

Click on Add New button at bottom of page, it will display “Employee Information” box as shown below.

Fill or update  the data fields as shown above and then click on Ok button to save the record.A message “Sucessfully Saved” will be displayed.

After successful save, the record will be shown as in the following list page

Click on the record first and  then click on the Edit/View Button. The details page for entering Immovable and Movable Property records will be displayed as shown below.

 

Adding a Immovable Property

Click on  “New Property”  link for adding details in Immovable Property  section

Fill the data and click on Save button.

After clicking on Save button, the list page of Immovable Property details will display the data as shown below .

For Editing the Immovable Property details, first select the required record by clicking on the particular record which will be highlighted as shown in figure below.

 Click on the “Edit Property” link,  edit the data as required in detail page and then click on Save button in below screenshot to update the records.

For deletion of the Immovable Property record, select the particular record and then Click on Remove Property as shown below

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Movable Property Section

Click on  “New Property”  link of Movable Property   section for adding details.

Fill the data and click on Save button.

After clicking on Save button, the list page of Movable Property details will display the data as shown below .

For Editing the Movable Property details, first select the required record in Movable Property section by clicking on the particular record. On clicking record will be highlighted as shown in figure below.

 Click on the “Edit Property” link,  edit the data as required in detail page and then click on Save button in below screenshot to update the records.

For deletion of  the Movable Property record, select record first and then Click on Remove Property link as shown below.

A screenshot of sample data is shown below both for Immovable and Movable Property.

 

Submission of Property Statement

After entry of property details is complete,  submit the property statement details by clicking on Submit button as shown below.Click OK to confirm.

 

After submission of property statement, the list page  shows status as Submitted as shown below.

 

After submission of Property Statement, Click on View Button to see the Printable Format of

Property Statement as shown below.
